Labyrinth - Return to Li... Labyrinth, Italy’s finest purveryors of power/prog metal, held their first reunion show at Frontiers Metal Festival in Trezzo Sull’Adda on October 30, 2016. The renewed lineup played in it’s entirety, for only the second time ever, their most popular record (so far), “Return To Heaven Denied”. The landmark album was originally released by Metal Blade in 1998 and is considered by many to be one of the highlights of the power metal genre in the late ‘90s. In fact, Classic Rock included it in their list of top albums from the genre.

Black Dayana, a young woman fresh out of prison, wants to clear up the mystery surrounding the death of her brother, Pitchi. The police conclude his death was an accident, but Dayana receives an anonymous phone call that reveals how wrong the police is. Dayana’s own investigation leads to a gang leader called El Calvo. She infiltrates his gang, the Angelitos Negros. What will happen?

Kan Xuan! Ai! In the video Kan Xuan! Ai! (1999), Kan runs through a pedestrian underpass in Beijing’s Fuxingmen subway station, repeatedly shouting and responding to her name as if searching for the lost self. Against a surging crowd, Kan’s anxious calls to the self amplify a common tension between one’s subjective experience and mainstream values or social norms.

Kaye Ballard - The Show ... This charming documentary showcases the career of musical-comedy sensation Kaye Ballard, whose ability to sing and tell jokes was ubiquitous in the late 20th century. Delightful moments are captured in rare archival footage and interviews with Ann-Margret, Michael Feinstein and Ballard herself.
