Daughters of Desire When widowed attorney Richard Tucker refuses to defend bootlegger Julius Molnar in court, the latter swears revenge. Tucker pays no heed to Molnar, concentrating instead on his impending marriage to his secretary Irene Rich. After his release from prison, the bootlegger begins his campaign of vengeance by leading Tucker's beloved daughter Janet Vale astray.

PR1NC3S4 In his new cinematic adventure, Raúl Perrone makes a new incursion into the Japanese out of Ituzaingó in order to shape the variations of a story that revolves around a woman who cuts dead people’s hair, a samurai with an intolerable mission, a nosy burglar, a feudal lord on the verge of insanity and a giant metal fish. The film is freely inspired in the original version of Rashomon –written by Ryūnosuke Akutagawa– and, as usual in his filmography since P3ND3JO5 (2013), Perrone blends different elements from classical film; in this case, visible ghosts from Kurosawa’s cinema and certain aspects of Japan’s traditional culture melt with nightmarish distortions and machinistical irruptions, typical of a future that may never come. “The avant-garde is in the past” he once said in an interview. In his reimagining of film history, Perrone again finds an inexhaustible field of expression.

Inside the Fight to Save... The ancient forests of the Pacific Northwest are home to giant trees and many secrets, which science is just beginning to understand. But these forests are at risk of disappearing. In British Columbia on First Nation territory, a small band of forest defenders are risking life and liberty to protect some of the last remaining ancient forests.

ARISE for the Ancient Fo... A film initially was released alongside an injunction granted from the BC court to Teal Jones, enabling them to forcibly remove forest protectors who have been sacrificing their worlds at home to stand and defend some of the last of the 2.7% remaining old-growth on Vancouver Island. In collaboration with filmmaker, Ian MacKenzie, the short-film depicts how much we truly depend on these Ancient Forests for our survival as well.

The Earth Woman The story is set in the hills of Tennessee, where practically everybody gets smashed on rotgut moonshine. A drink-benumbed hillbilly tries to rape heroine Sally Tilden (Priscilla Bonner), setting off a chain reaction of violence, murder, and false confessions.
