Matthew Kennedy: One Man... A documentary on the life of Matthew Kennedy, one of the first internationally acclaimed African American concert pianists, and former director of the Fisk Jubilee Singers of Nashville, Tennessee. The film contains footage of interviews with Dr. Kennedy, live performances, radio broadcasts, studio recordings, and interviews with his former students and colleagues. Born in the segregated South in 1921, Matthew Kennedy was known throughout his home state of Georgia as a child-prodigy. At age 12 he attended a concert given by the famous Russian pianist Sergei Rachmaninoff in Macon, Georgia in 1932. Kennedy describes what he remembers of the concert from his perspective in the segregated balcony for “Colored.” He was also the star of his own radio show in the early 1930s. At that time, Kennedy's stage name on radio and in the cinema – where he played the organ to accompany the silent films – was “Sunshine.”

The Snow Spider On his ninth birthday, young Gwyn (Osian Roberts), who lives on a remote hill farm in Wales, receives five strange gifts from his grandmother (Siân Phillips): a piece of seaweed, a yellow scarf, a tin whistle, a metal brooch and a small broken horse. Gwyn offers the brooch to the wind and receives back a tiny silvery spider - Arianwen, the snow spider - confirming that, as his grandmother had already guessed, he has inherited magical powers from his Celtic ancestor Gwydyon, a powerful magician whose exploits are described in the fourth book ("Math Son of Mathonwy") of the Mabinogion. With the help of the snow spider, Gwyn embarks on adventures involving other worlds of snow and silver, as he attempts to solve the five-year-old mystery of his sister Beth's disappearance in a snow storm.

They're Afraid of Me! Th... Carmine Cicchetti and Andrea Castagna are the authors of “They are afraid of me! They know I'm a punk and I'm from Canaletto ”, a documentary short film dedicated to the Italian cartoonist Gianluca Lerici - Prof. Bad Trip. A very interesting reconstruction made through archival and unpublished materials on punk music of the period, the pages of 1978 and the clashes between police forces and young rebels. In the paintings and drawings of the artist from La Spezia, the glories of Robert Crumb, the fanzines, the graphic productions of the Black Flag are recalled, up to the current graphic novels. Bad Trip's absolute masterpiece was the transposition of the novel "The Naked Lunch" by the American writer William Burroughs. The documentary also shows the author's most college-related production that is most tied to what was media criticism and politics in the early 1980s.
