Sour Lake Inspired by the name of an oil town in Texas, Sour Lake was the name given by Texaco in the sixties to a small town in the Ecuadorian jungle, known in Spanish as Lago Agrio. This name underlies the framework that builds the film: from the surroundings of this city to the Colombian Andes, where the jungle vegetation merges with the mountains.

The programme lasts a full 2hrs 27 mins. It marks the end of a long and tortured journey for the musical/operetta that spent much of its first 35 years as an orphan in the musical wilderness.

Hanzawa Naoki: Spin-off At the Tokyo Central Securities company where Naoki Hanzawa has been posted, a massive overhaul of the securities trading system is scheduled. Meanwhile, at an upstart search engine development and operations IT firm, SPIRAL, a rookie programmer named Kousaka, having just displayed prodigious programming skills that staved off a disastrous system shutdown, gets rewarded by being named leader of a competitive project that could make-or-break the rising company. One in a hundred thousan... Tamura Masakazu plays Shohei Yamauchi, a freelance reporter obsessed with finding out the truth about a traffic accident in which his beloved daughter died. Judging by the photo of the accident, which appeared in the news described by photojournalists as "one coincidence in a hundred thousand", and the survivor's testimony that "I saw a red fireball" immediately before the accident, the circumstances of the accident are questionable. The film is based on a late masterpiece by Seicho Matsumoto.
