The branch of a bank in a small town is in bankruptcy. To regain the trust of the people, they offer the town's priest the position of Bank Manager, who in turn, begins to carry out all kinds of loans and social aid to the people.

O Trapalho no Planalto d... This movie is a spoof of "Planet of the Apes" (1968) and follows the storyline of the original step by step - in spite of being a crazy parody of the original film. A group of men lands in a balloon on an area (it's not a planet, it's more like a hill) where talking apes rule and humans are slaves. The apes try to transform the guys in monkeys; a simian princess falls in love with one of them; and so on. This film is one of the several movies made for the popular Brazilian group "Os Trapalhões" - Didi (Renato Aragão), Dedé, Mussum and Zacarias (who at this point hadn't joined the troupe yet) -, many of them inspired by American blockbusters. It's a very fun entertainment, but the humor is very "local" to be understood in other countries. Oh, yeah, the ape "makeup" is terrible, but that's part of the fun. The movie doesn't take itself seriously.

Mothra vs. Godzilla Journalists Ichiro Sakai and Junko cover the wreckage of a typhoon when an enormous egg is found and claimed by greedy entrepreneurs. They visit him in prison and get him accommodation and a job, not sparing their time, energy and money, in order to isolate him from his ex-accomplices.

The Exchange Student Monsieur Bosquier, the owner of a private school, is far from pleased when his eldest son, Philippe, fails his end of year exams. He decides to send his wayward offspring to England to improve his English. In exchange, Philippe’s host, a wealthy whisky distiller, Mac Farrel, will send his daughter, Shirley, to live with the Bosquiers in France. However, Philippe has already decided to spend the summer holidays on a yacht with his friends, so he sends a fellow student, Michonnet, to England in his place. The deception is soon discovered but things go from bad to worse when Philippe and Shirley fall in love and fly to Scotland to get married...

Hotel der toten Gste... London crime reporter Barney Blair has an appointment in his office with Janosch Kovac, the hotel detective at the Hotel Atlanta in San Remo. The informant wants to sell Blair some explosive background material, but it doesn't get that far because the man is stabbed to death beforehand. Blair goes to the hotel, where the film and music festival is currently taking place, to investigate the case himself and soon senses a big story.
