Ludwig van Beethoven - P... One of the highlights of Simon Rattle’s 16-year tenure as chief conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic was his final cycle of the Beethoven symphonies (BPHR160091), a set that rightly walked off with the 2016 Limelight Orchestral Recording of the Year. Now that he has moved to London, as a more than worthy pendant, the BPO has released a compelling set of the Beethoven piano concertos from 2010 with Mitsuko Uchida, a cycle that possesses all the advantages of live performance with, as far as I can hear, none of the drawbacks.

INFUSION NO. 1 "INFUSION NO. 1" lays bare a reckoning between what is felt, seen and apprehended while living in our bodies, especially one that needs to be modified to function. This film brings consciousness around this "condition," of residing in the temporary shelter of a body and of the impermanent and illusory concept of being well.

Kamali from Nadukkaveri Kamali is a happy-go-lucky girl from a small town. She is a weak student who is hardly interested in studies when she falls in love with a studious boy in Chennai who aspires to make it to IIT Madras. She decides to take her studies seriously and convinces her father to go for higher studies. With the help of a retired professor in her village, she starts preparing for exams to join IIT Madras if only to meet her love.

No Turning Back This film follows the aftermath of the Oka crisis, which brought Indigenous rights into sharp focus. After the barricades came down, the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples was created, and travelled to more than 100 communities and heard from more than 1,000 representatives. For two-and-a-half years, teams of Indigenous filmmakers followed the Commission on its journey.
