Ateng Minta Kawin Titiek, a widowed “dangdut” singer, has adoptive children, Ateng and his older sibling, Enny. Meanwhile Eddy Sud, a widower whose collection is 90 per cent “dangdut” songs, has a daughter, Vivi, whose Ateng had relationship with. Their parents don't approve of the romance between Ateng and Vivi, so they keep their relationship a secret.

Lava The mother of Amar (Rajiv Kapoor) has long believed that water will be the cause of her son's death, so when she meets Rinku (Dimple Kapadia), the girl he is in love with, she tells her to keep Amar away from anything that could drown him. But a short time later, he is involved in an accident that sweeps him down a waterfall. He manages to survive but is lost for six months, during which time his mother mourns for him. When Amar does finally return, he discovers Rinku has married another man.

At Those Terrifying Fron... Hybrid in form, this work from Basel Abbas and Ruanne Abou-Rahme wrestles with the problematics of representing a people displaced and disappeared. An avatar generating software and images of the people who participated in the Great March of Return demonstrations create figures that sing a sad lament. Voiced by the artists themselves yet digitally altered, they are, at once, human and non-human.

Experimenting with cinematic genre, his minute-long comedy shorts offer a sort of rolling absurdist commentary on our present circumstances. That he has found inspiration in the limited resources available to him gives the work the sense of playful exuberance that is characteristic of Heyer’s practice. In his “Art Tour” videos, Heyer confidently the viewer through his neighborhood as though he is on a museum walkthrough: a discarded fishtank becomes “a stunning Dan Graham,” a shrouded window becomes “a challenging Wade Guyton.” Though playfully riffing on the jargon of the academy, the videos are also testaments to excitement art can bring to the challenges of our present.” — Night Gallery, Frieze Viewing Room 2020

Mabel and Fatty Viewing ... Frequent comedy co-stars Fatty Arbuckle and Mabel Normand take viewers on a tour of the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition in San Francisco. Attractions shown include the U.S. Battleship "Oregon", the Australian convict ship "Success" (complete with such punishment devices as a flogging rack and a spiked Iron Maiden), the world's tallest flagpole (251 feet), the Court of Abundance, the Court of the Universe (with sunken garden) and the Tower of Jewels. Fatty and Mabel also visit Frisco's still-under-construction City Hall, accompanied by Frisco's then-Mayor James Rolph Jr. Also appearing in the film is opera star Ernestine Schumann-Heink.

The Manager of the B & A Dan Oakley becomes a railroad manager and his attempt to slash expenses by layoffs and lengthening hours incurs the workers' wrath. With the help of Griffith Ryder, labor leader and newspaper editor, they call a strike. The water main which supplies the railroad yards is cut, and a hot engine starts a fire. With water unavailable, the fire spreads to town, but through his superhuman efforts, Oakley gets it under control. His heroic moves win favor with the workers, and the strike is history.

Concorde Fascinating documentary about the Concorde, a turbojet-powered supersonic airliner that was in operation until 2003. It had a maximum speed of 1,354 mph, and could cruise at 60,000 feet. Concorde entered service in 1976 and continued flying for the next 27 years. The Concorde was a remarkable plane which changed the course of commercial flight as we know it, now and forever!
