La reina Edisson Medina a.k.a Paquita De La Torres was born to Ecuadorian parents in London and this is where he was raised. He is a part of the London queer Latinx community, performing in Exilio, one of the biggest queer Latinx clubs in London. The documentary shows him in and out of drag, performing and discussing what drag means to him but also the discrimination he has faced for being queer and the prevalent lack of inclusion towards drag performers.
