In this film, there are 5 main clans ruling the martial world, each representing one of the 5 elements - fire, metal, water, wood and earth. Each year they hold a martial arts competition to decide which one of the 5 clans will rule the world. The story is centered around one of these tournaments, as a catastrophe arises when an evil samurai killer shows up 49 days before the start and tries to assassinate the current leader who happens to be from the Water clan.

Dave and Adam have a meager existence as prostitutes in Toronto, when Dave receives a call from a friend in Sudbury. They must rush off in hopes of saving her. Adam spends most of his time writing comic books and is retelling his story as Strongman and Quickboy, as they fly of to Nebulon 5 to battle Xenon and save Princess Ariana. He has also brought along his video camera to capture the action. These two narratives coexist along the road, till they meet King Kipling, who crystallizes their concerns through pop philosophy and changes the course of the tale. The music of cougar party plays alongside the trip.

"Reform of Public Life," taught by the French advisor, "Marital Jealousy," taught by the Dutch advisor, etc. Kotsos, like a good student, tries to change his mindset and adapt to the new circumstances, and then does his best to satisfy the nine beautiful representatives of the European states who come to Greece to assess his progress. They party with him and leave him physically exhausted, but award him the gold medal for his excellent "performance."

Danda returns home without a bag and goes to Krocs again in the morning, even though he has an important job at work.
